Before you
settle in.
What do I need at home?+
A warm, quiet room, enough clear space for a massage table and movement around it, and access to handwashing facilities. You can mention stairs, limited parking or access needs when enquiring.
What should I wear?+
Keep underwear on and remove only the clothing you feel comfortable removing. You have privacy to change, and linens cover you throughout, with only the agreed area uncovered. You can keep more clothing on and discuss how the session can be adapted.
Can I choose the pressure and music?+
Yes. Share your preferences before the session and at any time during it. Quiet, conversation and music are all personal choices. You can ask for a change or stop the session whenever you wish.
What if I have allergies or a health condition?+
Before your appointment, we’ll discuss any allergies and relevant health considerations so your session can be tailored to your comfort.
How are appointments confirmed?+
Choose your experience, check your postcode, then select a date and preferred start time. The final step opens your prepared request in WhatsApp. Send it to JOVAI and wait for personal confirmation; selecting a time does not reserve it. Appointments run between 07:00 and 19:00, with at least 24 hours’ notice. No payment is taken on this website.
